The YARD GROUP sales office will be located in a historic building in the heart of St. Petersburg, on Konyushennaya Square, which houses the Museum of Court Carriages.

The developer has carefully restored this unique space and transformed the Stable Yard into a multifunctional venue.

An important goal of the project was to provide a new interpretation while preserving the historical context. The proposed office is intended to serve as a meeting place for potential buyers of luxury residential properties with hotel services and club apartment buildings. It is a space where clients can meet with their home in a more intimate setting.

An interesting and challenging task in the development of the project has been determined by the architectural features and engineering limitations. The ceiling height exceeds 8.5 meters. Historical arched windows, vaults, pediments, and pilasters must be displayed, while using inconspicuous miniature lighting equipment that is installed no higher than the cornice level and without using ceilings.

At the same time, it was important to create a cozy atmosphere with comfortable areas for communication and study materials such as layouts, booklets, and presentations.

Considering the monochrome color scheme of the walls, which are in dark gray and light-absorbing tones, we proposed using lighting equipment with finely tuned beam widths and the possibility of employing elliptical optics. This would allow us to delicately highlight the main architectural features of the room and recreate the overall architectural composition of the interior in the evening.

The lighting of the communal areas will be achieved through the use of local floor lamps, table lamps, and built-in furniture lights. This will create comfortable spaces for one-on-one conversations and provide a unique and luxurious experience for future residents of our developer's properties.
